NDA / IP Protection

Buyer NDA and IP Protection During OEM/ODM Development

For buyer-owned designs, brand files, CAD references, packaging artwork, and confidential pricing, iRadar can arrange NDA confirmation before sensitive files are exchanged. Project information can be managed by project code, staged file sharing, restricted internal access, sample approval records, and controlled disclosure during sampling, tooling, and mass production.

When NDA Is Recommended

NDA is recommended before sharing buyer-owned product concepts, CAD files, unreleased brand plans, private-label artwork, custom foam layouts, or project-level pricing.

Protected Materials

Protected materials may include ID references, structural files, mold discussions, sample comments, supplier quotations, packaging artwork, certification plans, and buyer channel requirements.

Project Controls

Controls can include project code naming, limited file access, version records, sample approval logs, separated buyer files, and approval checkpoints before tooling and mass production release.

Buyer Audit Materials

DFM and Sampling

Structure, material, foam layout, waterproofing, latch design, folding method, assembly risk, packaging, 3-15 day sample planning, and 15-25 day tooling feasibility are reviewed before sample approval.

Production Release

Tooling, pilot run feedback, golden sample approval, inspection standard, carton mark, export packing, and document requirements are locked before mass production.
